Getting my Narrowboat stuck good & proper! [Ep 24]

In this weeks episode, I start my blacking journey and leave the mooring just above Cholmondeston lock to cruise passed Venetian Marina and meet up with some boating pals at Sykes Hollow for a few days to sit out the Storm. Once the storm has passed I head down the Middlewich Arm of the Shropshire Union Canal to Middlewich. During this adventure I get grounded: the joys of a deep drafted boat! But I do manage to free myself before ending my journey in Middlewich where I get serenaded by my boating friend Jenny, who plays some wonderful Violin Music.
