I don't see where the Finance Minister will get money to transform this country - Dr. Sarkodie

2025 BUDGET STATEMENT: I don't see anywhere else that the Finance Minister is going to get huge sums of money to transform this country. The only hope is the extractive sector, and we must change our extractive contract style.
