Pickled rapeseed flowers in soy sauce
30ml soy sauce, 30ml vinegar, 30ml sugar, 50ml dashi, 1 dried shiitake mushroom, red pepper flakes, garlic

Quick-to-make butterbur cream pasta with yuzu zest, made in the microwave
100g fettuccine, 2 sausages, 40g parmigiano-reggiano, 20g butter, butterbur
100ml fresh cream, yuzu zest to taste, 1 tsp salt, 500ml water

Marinated tomatoes and Seimi
1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon honey, salt and pepper to taste

Lotus Root Tartar and Fried Chicken
220g chicken thigh, salted malt
2 eggs, salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, half a teaspoon miso, lotus root

Rice in a Silicone Bag
1 cup rice, 320ml water
Soak the rice for 30 minutes, then cook in the microwave for 10 minutes at 500W. Cover and steam for 10 minutes.

Baked clams with breadcrumbs
Mayonnaise (large spoon), miso (1/2 tsp), kelp tea (a little), breadcrumbs, parsley (as desired)
