This is a VLOG of the day I woke up early and made lunch box and breakfast the morning after a day of going to bed too early.
I had set my alarm 20 minutes before the time I normally wanted to wake up.
That's no good. Wake up at once. I was advised to wake up on the first alarm.
I am training myself to wake up on the first alarm 😂.
