Bozeman city officials share updates to new compost collection program

On Tuesday, Bozeman city staff shared the latest updates to plans for the new Solid Waste Organics Management Program with city commissioners.

The city of Bozeman’s Solid Waste Organics Management Program is set to launch this spring as an opt-in service for current customers.

The service will be priced at $10 per month, which includes weekly collection of organic waste, a 35- or 95-gallon brown tote, a kitchen pail and compostable bags.
