Ukraine agrees to ceasefire deal: 'The ball is now in Putin's court'

The United States has shown it's "will to peace", Ukraine has agreed to a ceasefire deal and now it's up to Putin, says heads the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Ukrainian Parliament Oleksandr Merezhko.
