Why is it a business to catch people driving any speed anyway? These school zones need sidewalks if they don't have them already. That's the biggest "safety" improvement they could make. And please tell me what's the difference between a jogger running on a 45 mph road, and a child walking that same road? All of this is a money grab. Kids and people don't walk in the street, so speeds in school zones absolutely do not matter at all.
